Can anyone justify religious organizations that refuse to subsidize the cost of birth control?

Some religious orgnaizations, Cathlic in particular, feel their health insurance plans should not cover the cost of contraception or other related serivces for women because this is against their doctorine. Even though they higher (supposedly) persons of all or no faiths. I feel this is a gross voilation of women's rights. Opinions?
Try, if you would to see it from a human rights point of view. I wonder if these same organizations offer paid maternity leave? I'm guessing not all.

I don’t think it’s a violation of rights at all. I don’t think any organization or government should subsidize the individual. It is the individual’s responsibility to take care of themselves.

My health insurance plans will cover prenatal care of mother and my health insurance plan doesnt cover contraception or tubal ligation or vasectomy.
Religious doctrine the federal government and state they may be required to do then we can place restrictions on what our religious doctrine the argument there is our plans will cover based on our belief and the argument there is our employees something.
